Japan Dream Worlds
One of the contestants on Project Runway (Jeffrey Sebelia)had a Japanese inspired collection. Follow this link to an online exhibit of Dream Worlds Modern Japanese prints and paintings from the Robert O. Muller foundation.

When I was in Tokyo one of the museums was having a woodblock print hands-on demo, where we got to use woodblocks in a four color process. It was so cool!
That does sound cool, I've been looking at the layering wondering what it might look like if we use fabric instead of paint;)
