Ahhh, leather coats and jackets. Just donated some, hated to see them go in a way but they haven't been worn so, go. I kept one black leather and one blue suede. Never been one to sew leather, well just once, not a heartwarming experience for me. Today 95 here, 99% humidity, leather is not on my mind. Are you doing one? What style?
I had one in high school that I wore out, it was a crew neck, about high hip length. I loved that jacket. Haven't had one yet, and never came across a good price on leather to tempt me. I'm still trudging through the stash of patterns never attempted, so I won't be making one anytime soon.
Awe, I'm getting that special feeling and it makes me think of a favorite leather jacket that my grandmother bought me in the early 1980's someone stole it :( Thanks for sharing, it's so breath taking. Happy Creating ... FIESTA :)

We always remember those garments that disappear, I've had a few growing up. It's never to late though to make one.
